Mossar Family

The Mossar family is an old family that settled in the Inrethel Kingdom (present day province of Eldvor.md)) of the present day Empire.

Having escaped the wrath of the Pheagon dynasty they situated themselves on their new estate (Mossar Manor) which lies abandoned. It is unknown what happened to the family after this point or the conquest of the kingdom by the Empire in 562 of the First Era.

People from the surrounding areas speak of a curse that has befallen them for betraying a divine contract, others that devils have broken through in the Deadwood and killed them for their blue blood and some hold true that the anger of the Pheagons knew and knows no bounds and that they were finally hunted down.

Whatever the case may be, the Mossar family is no more in the present day.

[!character-secret]- Fate of the Family The family had a contract with the archdevil Eurynomos to save them from the Pheagons and let them escape. The payment was to be their first three children.

Having escaped, they hired the clerics Evander of Ris and Cassandra of Imril to help them get out of the contract. They warded the family's new estate against the divines, prohibiting them from entering in any fashion.

In response, the archdevil orchestrated events that brought war (First Elvish War) between the once peaceful neighbors, during which they slaughtered the Mossar family as well.

The manor's wards are now corrupted by all the bloodshed and lack of maintenance over the centuries and attract, rather than repel, all kinds of devils and other beasts.
